This, as prepared, was delicious. The only drawback was Matt's disappointment that it didn't come out as he had envisioned it. Last night, however, he dipped into the vast lobster stock supply to give it another whirl, and it came out more like what he'd been going for the first time -- equally delicious. He's quite talented, you know.
