Even though airplane sleep isn't exactly the best, obviously, I think it helps to get some sleep and arrive somewhere first thing in the local morning. It sure beats the heck out of flying west and ending up in, say, Vegas, with your body convinced it's got to be seventeen o'clock in the morning but the town is just starting up its night-life.
