A blog with delusions of grandeur.
One of the most delicious chocolate bars I have ever tasted is Dagoba’s Xocolatl. 74% cacao with chiles and nibs.
Chiles and nibs! Freakin’ delicious.
Of course it’s delicious. It’s from the Dagoba solar system.
I won’t pretend that’s not why I was drawn to them in the first place.
I dunno. Why ruin perfectly delicious chocolate with things that make you feel like your mouth is on fire? I’ll take my Hershey’s Milk Chocolate, please.
(I know, you’re probably going to divorce me for this.)
Are you kidding? I’m not going to divorce you. More chocolate for me!
