I wonder whether she is STILL bureaucracy evil only, or whether she is a real supporter of Voldemort. She certainly seems to support his key policies. This is all deeply disturbing. I can't believe how horrible I thought it was when she was banning study groups at Hogwarts. That was small potatoes compared to these horrors.
