It’s a very touching scene, where Harry gets to visit his parents’ grave, marred slightly by the fact that Harry is being a bit of a sulky teenager. It’s nice to see some affection between H and H, though, as they’ve had a bit of a rough patch now that Useless Ron has gone.
It’s highly likely that the sword is, in fact, hidden in Godric’s Hollow. In fact, I’ve been thinking about the message on the Snitch that Dumbledore left Harry, even if Harry and Hermione haven’t:

I don’t know why H&H haven’t made it a top priority to figure out what the snitch means. I mean, Harry’s so desperate about having no information from Dumbledore, yet he has a blatantly clear message FROM Dumbledore that the snitch will open, presumably yielding something useful. Have they even had a conversation about what it could mean since the first night after he received it (if then, which I can’t remember)? I know Hermione has been reading her book, but still, it seems as though they might have devoted a leeeettle more time to this during all those long quiet hours.
