Chapter 27: The Final Hiding Place
Kind of a short chapter: We’re just rushing on towards the final confrontation. We get confirmation that Dumbledore was right about all the Horcruxes (not that we ever doubted) and confirmation that the last one is in Hogwarts. I’ll bet you the last Horcrux is Ravenclaw’s diadem, and that it’s in the Chamber of Secrets.

I wonder when Voldemort would have placed it? As far as we know, he only came back to ask for the Defense Against the Dark Arts job. Could it have been placed then? I wonder whether I should go reread that chapter in Book 6 — maybe there’s a clue.
Good point. Would he have had time to sneak into a girls’ bathroom?
