Unlikely Words

I’ve often talked about how foreign movies are usually obviously foreign, and in that respect, Wild Sheep Chase was an obviously foreign book. It’s depressing because I spend a lot of time consuming domestic media and the foreign media I consume is clearly of a higher caliber. I am consoled by telling myself that the foreign media that filters into the US is the best of the best, at least that’s what I keep tell myself.
