Lobsters in Worcester

Please just read this. A seafood truck got into an accident, someone rented a refrigerated truck, loaded a couple cases of lobster and sold it to a restaurant which all of a sudden offered deeply discounted twin lobster dinners and also sold lobsters out of the back parking lot for $3 a pound in the name of charity. Then you find out that although the seafood was to be destroyed, the lobsters are going to be released in Boston Harbor because most of them were still alive. How long does a lobster that is declared dangerous to eat have to spend in the harbor before being safe again?
