French Toast Bagels
No, not french toast flavored bagels, I mean french toast made with bagels. Cinnamon raisin bagels, to be precise.
Oh, it’s easy. Just make some french toast batter, and put the cut sides of your bagel in it, let it soak for the usual amount of time, and then put it in a hot pan with some butter until it’s browned. (One side only, of course.)
You may choose to smear it with cream cheese that has had some maple syrup stirred into it. That would be good.
