The Sequoia Layoff Scorecard
Last Fall, Sequoia Capital told their portfolio companies to prepare for the worst and make deep, preemptive cuts so they could avoid the "death spiral" companies experience when their layoffs don't result in a turn around.
While, at the time, I was surprised by the cheesiness of the Power Point presentation, I'm not surprised now to see that Sequoia's companies are making deep cuts.
