They’re called ghostsharks and are part of group of big black chimaeras, which is what you call the “ever-growing clique of sea creatures that feature characteristics that aren’t found on other living creatures”.

For what it’s worth, I’m more afraid of zombie sharks than ghostsharks, but ghostsharks more than regular sharks, I guess.
