   OK I see one, maybe two of the things. One is the little bell on the handlebar, and another is fact the guy showing Yao the bike is actually shorter than the handlebars!

   It looks like the guy is trying to play grabass with Yao, and Yao is telling him “no”. :>)

   the “key” is an allen wrench cuz he is changing the height of the seat, which isnt terrible funny, but the tiny seat is funny, and there is no bell on the handlebars. Those are avid juicy 7 brakes and they have red dials on them that let you dial the brakes levers in out for comfort because their dominant brakes.
