I heard somewhere recently, and last election, if someone schedules voting on their calendar, even in their own head, they are more likely to vote. So instead of asking someone if they're going to vote, ask them when they plan to vote. Sort of related, but a couple weeks ago, I had the opportunity to be interviewed by Errol Morris for a project he was working on with Ourtime.org to get people to pledge to vote (for the same reason as above). In any case, the video came out well even if what I said didn't make the cut.
