			<content:encoded><![CDATA[I like taking the tests on the internet that make me feel stupid (<a href="www.unlikelywords.com/2004/08/15/test-your-geography-knowledge-africa/">see what you do with this one</a>), so a test <a href="http://www.americancivicliteracy.org/resources/quiz.aspx">on civics</a> was right up my alley. At 81.8%, I scored better than 10 points above the November average, though fishing around in the <a href="http://www.americancivicliteracy.org/2008/major_findings_finding1.html">findings</a>, I learn that the average for the test is 49%. Ugly.<br />
